CSSeTrain has signed a contract with Moscow Bank of Reconstruction & Development (AKB MBRD) on the supply and implementation of the courseware of the Bank Manager Training System

The supply includes pre-testing, multimedia courses and final testing in two training areas:

• Fundamentals of Customer Relations in a Commercial Bank;
• Types of Bank Transactions. Active/Passive Transactions.

Depending on training results, AKB MBRD is planning to expand the Training Plan, adding to it the other elements of the Bank Manager Training System.
